Project Description

KSB Middle East is one of the leading producers of pump, valves and related systems, with more than 30 manufacturing units in 19 countries. The company provides techno-commercial support for the sales of pumps and valves for industrial and commercial applications.

As an initiative to venture the Middle-East market, the Owner has established a new facility comprising of Warehouses & Offices buildings located in Plot No. S30202 Jebel Ali Free Zone (JAFZ) Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE). The Project comprises of one Warehouse and Administrative Offices. The Project has been designed and constructed to achieve “GOLD” rating as per LEED New Construction ver. 2.2.  Guideline that is in line with the United States Green Building Council’s (USGBC) LEED rating System. In lieu with the sustainable strategies adopted, the project achieved “GOLD” rating from -United States Green Building Council under LEED New Construction (NC v3.0).
