Goltens Co. Ltd. Dubai Branch is geared up to commence the construction of its Workshop & Office Building at Maritime City, Dubai, UAE .

The Building will conserve natural resources through energy conservation measures, minimization of waste generation and significant water savings in-addition to a better indoor air quality that have been incorporated in to the design.

The proposed facility will stand not only to comply with local environmental regulation and guidelines but will also attain the  LEED “Gold- Rated” Certified Building accreditation  from the United States Green Building Council (USGBC).
